Thanks to all those that sent us feedback and showed us that we needed to revamp the website and "get with the times".

This years Nepean Sportsplex March Break Breakdancing Camp was a huge success!
Thanks to all the young BIT's (Bboys/Bgirls In Training) who showed up and proved that Speedroc is still the #1 breakdancing camp in the city!

Welcome to the new Speedroc.com!
Speedroc is an Ottawa, Canada breakdance crew formed in 1998 that keeps the bboy scene fresh by combining raw hiphop style with power moves.
We put up this site because we wanted to do our bit to promote the Ottawa bboy and bgirl scene.
There are also a lot of amazing bboys doing their thing up here and we thought that they deserved to have at least a piece of the internet.
